Our Yin & Soundbath event is held monthly. We’ll start with 45 minutes of Yin Yoga - a chance for you to melt into stretches, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect. Yin yoga is a meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues; helping release tension, improve flexibility, and create space - both in body and mind. Then, we’ll flow seamlessly into 45 minutes of sound. You’ll float into a dreamscape of healing tones and soothing vibrations as waves of sound wash over you. Let crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle frequencies guide you into stillness, inner clarity, and deep relaxation
